DURBAN: The Shraddha Yoga School was established by Shraddhamurti (Katherine Clegg). The school offers a variety of classes specially designed for your different needs and levels of experience. New students can start with the ITY (Introduction to Yoga) course for beginners and progress to the advanced practices of yoga at a systematic and gradual pace. The Yoga Teachers Fellowship: is a dedicated organization that represents yoga schools and yoga teachers in South Africa. They do not train or qualify yoga teachers however they do provide a list of teachers who are members of thier organization. The teachers who are registered with the YTF may be from different traditions and thier teaching skills may vary according to thier experience and the style of yoga they practice.
