Simple Leg Bending
When you lay on your back and bend one leg it helps to flatten your back on the floor and stretch the lower back muscles.

Raising the leg and rotating the legs both use the abdominal and lower back muscles. The movements in this video will strengthen the thighs and leg muscles.
You will also learn how to use the breath to facilitate movement and provide strength when lifting.
